Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring an Order Fulfillment Worker – Warehouse in Orlando, FL, offering an hourly rate of $18.50 for a temporary-to-permanent position. The role requires packing, shipping, and order-picking tasks in a fast-paced warehouse, with forklift experience preferred.

Steel-toed boots are required, and overtime may be necessary. Responsibilities include assembling orders, loading/unloading vehicles, processing shipping documents, and using scanners for inventory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in pulling, packing, or shipping.
• Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) is preferred; training/certification provided.
• General knowledge of electrical products a plus.

Join our team as a Pick and Pack Worker in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Please note: Workers assigned to this role are not permitted to have any driving responsibilities for the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers or other divisions


• Load and unload common carriers and company vehicles


• Process shipping paperwork, verify correct merchandise, and handle BOL and shipping instructions


• Gather, count, and verify assembled orders and merchandise quantities


• Carefully pack orders and organize containers by truck route


• Use warehouse management system scanners for order picking and material allocation


• Substitute for other warehouse roles and perform additional duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Team player with a positive, professional, and reliable attitude


• Coachable and eager to learn


• 3+ years’ experience in pulling, packing, or shipping


• Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) preferred; training/certification provided


• General knowledge of electrical products a plus


• Able to meet deadlines and maintain excellent attendance


• Willingness to work overtime as needed


• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers


• Basic math skills for job tasks


• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities


• Temp-to-perm availability required
