Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented customer service/order management professional in Tracy, CA. You will manage inquiries, quotations, and orders, coordinating with Sales, Planning, Production, Shipping, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery and accurate documentation.

You will support export documentation, review pricing, and maintain records, contributing to process improvements and reporting. A strong MS Office skillset and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to learn MRP/ERP.
• U.S. Person required; must be 21+ and able to pass ATF background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide updates on quotations, orders, delivery schedules, changes, and product availability.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate pricing, lead-time, technical, and commercial inputs.
• Review, enter, and maintain customer orders in the MRP/ERP system, including changes and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Trade Compliance to resolve issues.
• Support export-controlled orders by collecting required documents for export-license requests.
• Maintain accurate records for quotations, orders, communications, and export-support documentation.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and process improvements as needed.
