Job summary

You will serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment of orders while handling pricing, lead times, and product information.

The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Business Development, Export, Finance and Legal to address issues and support non-standard requests.

Qualifications

Order processing and coordination to fulfill customer orders.
Liaison between external customers and internal departments including Manufacturing, Business Development, Export, Finance and Legal.
Provide pricing, lead times, part numbers and other product/ordering information.

Responsibilities

Review customer orders, confirm accuracy, identify issues to be addressed and acknowledge receipt.
Collection of supporting order documentation and information.
SAP data entry.
Monitor order progress, identify delivery obstacles and coordinate resolutions.
Provide status updates to the customer.
Process change orders and communicate requirements with affected parties.
Generate and distribute reports as required.
Assist with non-standard customer requests.
Coordinate line of business specific special programs and offers.
