Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials while verifying quantities, documentation, and product condition.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, shortages, and overages.
• Prepare, package, label, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and export paperwork.
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs representatives.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Kit materials and work orders for production and international assembly sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities.
• Maintain shipping supplies and Safety Data Sheet documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and import/export controls.
