The role supports the North America Customer Care team, requiring accuracy, organizational skills, and collaboration across teams. Office-based, Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $24–$27 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order entry, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce or similar business systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manually enter direct and distributor customer orders into SAP within a 24-48 hour turnaround.
• Review purchase orders, pricing, and customer documentation for accuracy before entry.
• Monitor the order entry inbox and prioritize work to meet customer and business needs.
• Identify order discrepancies and escalate issues when assistance is needed.
• Create new customer master records in SAP to support acquisition and growth.
• Support adoption of order entry automation through Salesforce and SAP.
