Job summary

Hunter Hamilton is hiring a Customer Order Entry Administrator for the North America Customer Care team in Northbrook, IL. This temporary six-month role involves accurate order entry in SAP, customer master data setup, and supporting automation initiatives with Salesforce and SAP.

You will enter orders quickly, review documentation for accuracy, and help drive process improvements in a detail-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce or similar systems.
• Experience in order entry, customer service, or admin support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter direct and distributor orders into SAP within 24–48 hours.
• Create and configure new customer master data in SAP.
• Support automation initiatives by validating data and assisting with Salesforce/SAP integration.
• Provide administrative support for Tier 2/3 accounts and document requests.
• Maintain organized records and participate in team meetings.
