Job summary

Telemark Corporation is seeking an Order Entry specialist to input and verify orders from price lists and quotes. You will work with Customer Service and Estimating to adjust quotes and ensure accurate job creation. You will learn the production process and maintain accurate order entry throughout the day.

The role requires strong data entry, math, and spelling skills, with the ability to work well with others. Proficiency in Excel and basic formulas is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good data entry skills, math skills, spelling acuity and memory retention.
• Able to work cordially with others.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
• Familiarity with Excel and basic formulas is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter and check orders based on price lists/quotes/estimates.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Estimating for quote alterations.
• Learn production process knowledge and enter jobs accurately.
• Make order changes to jobs in process upon request when possible.
• Allocate time and materials, check inventory with Purchasing.
• Schedule orders in Excel and update the daily production schedule.
