Job summary

Lion First Responder PPE, Inc. is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join the Customer Sales and Support team in Dayton, OH. You will ensure accurate entry of Uniform orders and work cross-functionally with customers, dealers, and sales to resolve issues.

The role requires 3–5 years of data entry and customer service experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to adapt to changing processes while maintaining high accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Customer Service/Data Entry experience.
• High school diploma; college preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to process changes and requests.
• Product knowledge with uniforms or certified products a plus.
• Digital proficiency with Microsoft Suite; Salesforce and Oracle experience a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Process orders quickly and accurately within assigned regions.
• Meet or exceed KPI productivity and quality levels.
• Validate order information for pricing, SKU accuracy, and shipping requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, dealers, sales, and service to resolve order issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
• Provide timely and professional customer service for order inquiries.
