Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Oracle experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Process orders quickly and accurately within assigned regions.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality KPI targets.
• Ensure contractual obligations on orders are implemented.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, sales and CS to resolve order issues promptly.
• Review order information for completeness, pricing and SKU accuracy.
• Prioritize orders with special handling requirements.
• Support other OE regions and accounts when backlogged.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
