Cabinetworks Group is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time role. The candidate will process orders accurately in high volumes, stay informed on pricing and product availability, and communicate updates to customers. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

The position requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in administration support
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to navigate related software
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Able to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and efficiently in high volumes
• Be highly analytical and detail oriented and articulate details clearly
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and product availability and communicate changes to customers
• Maintain knowledge of thousands of product SKU’s
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Be a team player and contribute to team success
• Manage deadline-driven tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
