Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with order processing and data entry.
• Experience handling payments (credit card processing / payment links / invoices).
• Strong written communication and ability multitask in an email-first role.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Teams and basic Excel/Word.
• ERP experience (Epicor 10) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily order processing and accurate entry in the ERP.
• Manage a shared Outlook inbox and respond to inquiries; keep inbox organized.
• Provide order confirmations, tracking updates, stock/ETA responses; route requests internally.
• Basic payment processing via credit card links or by phone.
• Light phone support and transfer to appropriate internal contacts; not a sales role.
• Support basic reporting/admin tasks (basic Excel reports, internal coordination).
