• Quote and order entry in Epicor ERP.
• Maintain high efficiency and accuracy in daily workload.
• Elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as needed.
• Communicate with customers as workloads permit.
• Collaborate with Production and Engineering departments as required.
• Review and follow work instructions.
• Participate in ongoing training activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
