Job summary

FTI is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tukwila, WA. You will handle quote and order entry in the Epicor ERP system, supporting account managers and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Responsibilities

• Support customer base as assigned with quote and order entry in Epicor ERP system.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency, including quality and quantity in daily workload.
• Elevate issues to Account Manager and Sales Management as necessary.
• Some communication with the customer as necessary, amount is dependent upon platform and workload.
• Some communication with other departments, including Production and Engineering, required.
• Review and knowledge of appropriate work instructions.
• Attend ongoing training activities.
• Other job duties as assigned.
