Job summary

Strong Hold is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers, distributors, and the sales team. You will accurately process orders, manage data, and communicate timely updates. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is important.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics GP and Crystal Reports, while delivering dependable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Able to learn new software systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP and Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders via email, online, and phone.
• Review POs for product numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping requirements.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order data in company systems.
• Generate and maintain Excel/Crystal Reports-based reports and dashboards.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and shipping to resolve issues.
