AG MARKETING is seeking a detail-oriented inside sales support specialist to handle sales orders, price verification, and invoice discrepancy investigations. The role supports the sales team and communicates with customers via phone, email, or fax to resolve service issues.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in call center or customer service, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Flexibility with shifts is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• 1 to 3 years experience in call center or customer service.
• Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must be well organized and work well in a team environment.
• Must be self-motivated, display accountability and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders quickly and efficiently.
• Control distribution management, awareness and implementation along with daily audits on orders entered.
• Establish strong relationships with assigned customers, including daily communication, ship schedule distribution, and other customer requests.
• Establish strong working relationships with outside sales force.
• Maintain strong communications with team members and be flexible with workloads and shifting hours.
• Maintain strong communication with all internal departments.
• Manage and research all discrepancies with extensive knowledge of internal software, documents and procedures.
• Filing and other duties as assigned.
