Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and account information within CRM and business systems.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Shipping, Finance, and other teams to resolve customer needs.
• Monitor open items and proactively communicate updates and next steps.
• Support process improvement initiatives that enhance workflows, data quality, and the customer experience.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.
