Job summary

Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver accurate, timely support for sales orders, RMAs, credits, and invoices. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate Degree in Business or equivalent.
• Independent self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders for multiple accounts with correct pricing and ship-to details.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, provide status updates and pricing information.
• Coordinate with Finance, Shipping, Purchasing and Sales to resolve issues.
• Run weekly Open Sales Order Reports and follow up on aging orders.
• Research pricing, taxes, freight, and product availability discrepancies.
