Job summary

Aaalberts Integrated Piping Systems in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to connect the Regional Sales Team with customers and to drive seamless order fulfillment and shipping.

You will coordinate with Planning, Production and Shipping, maintain accurate records, and use CRM tools to generate performance reports while delivering world‑class service on a hybrid schedule (office Tuesday–Thursday).

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; further education preferred.
Experience in customer service or key accounts within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
Familiarity with order management, shipping logistics, CRM software, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end order-to-delivery process and ensure world-class service and on-time delivery.
Coordinate with Planning and Production to resolve delayed or special orders.
Act as the primary contact for customers and communicate performance metrics and updates.
Develop and nurture relationships with customer purchasing teams to address concerns promptly.
Facilitate cross-department communication to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and performance metrics.
Utilize CRM systems and other tools to streamline processes, track performance, and generate reports.
Report to Charlotte office on a hybrid schedule.
