Job summary

Fluid Management, a unit of IDEX, seeks a Customer Solution Specialist to manage orders, coordinate with Account Executives, Accounting, Pricing, and Operations, and resolve order-related issues with precision.

The role emphasizes customer obsession, clear communication, and ownership to ensure timely processing and satisfaction, while supporting continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associates Degree required.
• 2+ years Customer Service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Great written and verbal skills.
• Experience in a high call volume position.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage inquiries in JDE for North and Latin America.
• Proactively communicate order status and respond to inquiries and changes.
• Create and maintain Customer Masters and ensure pricing and credit approvals are in place.
• Maintain organization and handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Validate pricing and coordinate freight as needed.
• Identify process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document processes and support cross-training for continuity.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop product knowledge and maintain order tracking tools.
