Certified Power Solutions in the Midwest is seeking a customer service-oriented individual to manage orders, answer inquiries, and assist with expediting customer purchases. You will handle orders by email, fax, and phone, and provide pricing and lead-time information to customers.

The role requires strong communication, basic math skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Prior fluid power knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to support the sales team and ensure accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Experience with fluid power or related customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving customer orders via email, fax and phone.
• Enter orders into current operating system.
• Support customer portal and forecast requirements.
• Quote pricing with lead times and data information via email, fax or phone.
• Communicate with vendors by email, phone and internet.
• Assist customers with quoting, order updates, inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Maintain customer information in the database.
• Issue RGA’s for customer returns.
• Support outside sales team as needed.
• Follow ISO standards and company procedures.
