Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a pivotal contact for internal teams and external customers. Primary duties include order entry, administrative support, and proactive handling of customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction.

The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Sales to resolve issues, manage orders, and provide insights to the Sales team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Experience in sales support or customer service within manufacturing or related industry.
• Familiarity with sales processes, order entry operations, and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately in the system.
• Prepare and distribute sales-related documents (quotations, invoices, reports).
• Track production and order status; provide customers with timely updates.
