Motion Industries in Winchester, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and handle inbound calls. The role requires reliable performance, strong communication, and basic computer skills to quote, enter orders, and support walk-in sales.

You will collaborate with Account Representatives, manage inventory considerations, arrange cost-effective shipping, and assist with backorders and returns.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–3 years related experience or equivalent
• Reliability, organization and attention to detail required
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Moderate computer skills; ability to use email, business systems and online product searches

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customer orders accurately and manage incoming calls
• Provide quotes and enter orders via telephone, fax, email or walk-in
• Negotiate pricing within parameters to protect gross profit
• Build relationships to drive repeat business and assist process improvements
• Source products from branch, distribution center, or supplier inventories
• Determine cost-effective shipping methods and coordinate with account reps
• Expedite backorders and process customer returns as needed
• Support other duties as assigned
