Majestic Steel is seeking an organized Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Pittsburg, CA. You will process and manage sales orders, track status, and collaborate with Account Executives to keep customers informed.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess strong verbal and written communication along with solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Two years of customer support experience.
• Two years of experience with flat steel products.

Responsibilities

• Order Entry: Process and manage sales orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Order Management: Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers.
• Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Majestic Steel's brand, products, and services.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and order activities in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and assist with other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
