The role requires coordination with customers, mills, and logistics partners to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. Successful candidates will have experience in sales coordination or related documentation roles, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail in preparing and reviewing commercial and shipping documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders from inquiry to final delivery, including entry, confirmation, and status updates.
• Prepare, review, and manage commercial and shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, origin certificates, mill test certificates).
• Liaise with customers, mills/suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for timely documentation and deliveries.
• Track shipments and communicate delays or actions to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Support pricing updates, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
• Resolve documentation or logistics issues to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all documents comply with standards, customer requirements, and trade regulations.
