Majestic Steel is seeking a Production Scheduling Specialist to coordinate production schedules and streamline workflows across sales, operations, and plant leadership. You will prioritize work, communicate plans, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The role offers a hybrid work setup after training, with three days onsite and two days remote, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a customer-focused organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior internship, co-op, or entry-level experience in scheduling/planning or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to learn ERP system functions and manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cost production jobs efficiently to ensure timely outbound shipments.
• Maintain optimal finished goods stocking levels and identify opportunities for utilization.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve potential production concerns.
• Enhance data accuracy by reviewing completed work orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.

Who We're Looking For:

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications
