Job summary

nVent is seeking a Customer Care Representative in Solon, OH for a hybrid role. The position focuses on ultimate order management from quote to cash, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with multiple departments to fulfill customer needs. Ideal candidates will have a BachelorB4s degree (preferred) and 3+ years in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume environments. Familiarity with Infor M3 ERP is a plus.

Qualifications

• BachelorB4s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a customer service setting preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume customer service with order entry, order management and price quotes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete order process (quote to cash).
• Investigate and resolve customer discrepancy claims and returns.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation & Distribution to confirm shipping dates and back orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email and use Salesforce CRM where applicable.
