Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Customer service, order management, sales support, or supply chain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Support: be primary contact for dealer and sales partner inquiries; help customers identify products, understand pricing and availability; advise on system configurations.
• Own the Order Journey: process orders, establish promise dates, ensure accurate entry; manage from placement to invoicing; support via phone, email, chat, text.
• Drive Operational Excellence: monitor order reports; resolve holds, misses, returns, and open orders; ensure efficient fulfillment; contribute to SOPs.
• Be a Catalyst for Continuous Improvement: participate in process improvements; remove barriers and streamline end-to-end order experience.
