Job summary

Edwards Vacuum LLC, a division of Atlas Copco, seeks a Customer Care Coordinator in Glenwillow, Ohio, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on delivering best-in-class support to US customers, aligning with Edwards North America Customer Center objectives and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include managing orders, quotations, invoicing, and cross-functional collaboration with account teams, credit management, and technical/support teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Experience in an international and highly automated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, expedite, monitor, and track customer orders and opportunities received via telephone, electronic communication and web portals; process order amendments as needed.
• Prepare, track, file and maintain written quotations.
• Communicate activity to responsible Account Teams.
• Collaborate with Credit Management to resolve billing, pricing, tax status, freight terms, etc.
• Take ownership of customer issues and coordinate with technical support, logistics, product managers, and field sales.
