Tremco is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Beachwood, Ohio. The role blends on-site and remote work in a hybrid arrangement, supporting distributors, contractors, design teams, and owners by processing product orders and answering inquiries.

You will manage high-volume calls and emails, enter orders, check stock, coordinate shipments, and maintain knowledge of product lines and delivery times. Strong communication and accuracy are essential, with SAP knowledge a plus and MS Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and faxes; handle high-volume inquiries.
• Accurately key orders into the ERP system and check stock availability.
