Job summary

Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to support US customers from our Glenwillow, Ohio hybrid Customer Center. You will manage orders, quotations, and inquiries, interfacing with sales, credit and logistics to ensure timely solutions and smooth operations.

The role requires fast problem-solving, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset in a high-volume environment. Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with SAP/MS Office are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
• Basic familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a working knowledge of Edwards products and services.
• Enters, expedites, monitors, and tracks customer orders and opportunities received via telephone, email, and web portals; processes order amendments as required.
• Prepares, tracks, files and maintains written quotations.
• Communicates activity to Account Teams.
• Collaborates with Credit Management to resolve billing, pricing, tax status, freight terms, etc.
• Owns customer issues and coordinates with technical support, logistics, product managers, and field sales to deliver timely solutions.
• Prepares Open Order reports and provides status updates to customers and Account Teams.
• Manages and maintains shared Customer Care mailboxes.
• Processes daily invoice items and distributions.
• Resolves invoice discrepancies and handles credits/rebills as needed.
• Assesses customer needs quickly and prioritizes workload.
