Job summary

Instrumart, Inc. is seeking an Order Management Associate to join the Order Management Team. You will handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and route inquiries to the appropriate departments, while providing order tracking and shipment status updates.

This role requires proficiency in NetSuite and Dialpad, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication with customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Comfort with Instrumart’s Dialpad telecommunications system.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and helpful customer communication.
• Strong time management and productivity.
• Active listening when callers speak, and asking questions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls; greet callers, provide information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Greet visitors entering Instrumart, determine the nature and purpose of their visit, and notify the appropriate Instrumart contact.
• Review and distribute all incoming Sales emails.
• Provide order tracking and shipment status updates.
