Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry/Customer Service representative. You will handle inbound calls, enter orders, manage POs in the ERP system, and provide timely order confirmations.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork to support sales and operations across departments. Ideal candidates have customer service or inside sales experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience.
• Experience in the towing /auto transport/ manufacturing field a plus.
• Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience, and ERP software experience a plus.
• Strong comprehensive and active listening skills, phone experience preferred.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of challenges.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls for orders and customer service issues.
• Enter customer orders and POs accurately and timely in the ERP system.
• Provide order confirmations and follow up with customers for updates.
• Review and edit Open Orders to ensure release and shipment.
• Coordinate with Operations and Shipping for shipment tracking.
• Support escalations and non-standard requests with departments.
• Assist with scheduling and resolving order issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Accounting, and Engineering as needed.
