Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service representative to serve as the main contact for our branch, handling order support and product information for customers. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in customer service, strong communication and math skills, and are comfortable processing dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements. Local travel is <10%.

• Experience in customer service is required (1-2 years).
• Strong communication and math skills are essential.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to process orders accurately.
