QXO is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the key contact for our Portland branch. You will process orders, provide product information, and coordinate with Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment.

You should have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication, math skills, and the ability to learn new computer systems. The position offers hourly pay between $21 and $24, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a valid driver's license if driving for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world-class service.
• Process dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements; handle related tasks as assigned.
