Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products serving contractors, builders, homeowners and commercial customers across North America. The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, and order management.

You will work with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse and Delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely processing of orders and a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Experience in construction/building materials is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Ability to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
