Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience building reports and datasets to inform decisions.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale ORBIT's standard work library, reporting standards, and flash reporting mechanisms, converting automation delivery from one-off projects into a repeatable intake-to-delivery pipeline that runs without manual intervention
• Partner with Business Intelligence Engineers and portfolio leaders to design, prototype, and deploy AI-assisted automations—and track reclaimed hours against the 60% manual-prep-reduction goal
• Audit and standardize SOPs across six portfolios, ensuring mechanisms align with current practice and identifying opportunities to permanently remove manual effort from recurring deliverables
• Manage cross-functional program lifecycles spanning multiple teams, applying process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence and meet deadlines
• Communicate program status, analyze KPIs to create targeted action plans, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to resolve blockers and keep priorities aligned
