Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC's ORBIT PMO seeks a horizontal builder who multiplies impact across six portfolios in North America's Last Mile Operations. You will own the mechanisms, standards, and automations that every portfolio leader relies on, driving a 60% reduction in manual prep time.

You will design a repeatable intake-to-delivery pipeline, standardize reporting, and ship AI-assisted automations that remove manual effort from recurring workflows, partnering with BI engineers and portfolio

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience in process design and documentation.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve ORBIT's standard work library, reporting standards, and flash reporting mechanisms.
• Design and manage a repeatable intake-to-delivery pipeline for automation opportunities.
• Partner with BI Engineers, portfolio leaders, and stakeholders to scope and ship AI-assisted automations.
• Manage program life-cycles and deliver cross-functional projects with clear objectives and risk mitigation.
• Audit SOPs and drive process improvements to accelerate progress.
