Paradigm Oral Health in Omaha, NE is seeking a confident, compassionate Treatment Coordinator to bridge clinical expertise with a premier patient experience. You’ll guide patients through treatment plans, explain financial options, and coordinate with the dental team to keep schedules efficient.

This in-office role rewards teamwork, attention to detail, and exceptional patient communication. Prior oral health experience is helpful, but not required; training will be provided to help you thrive

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
