In this in‑office role, you’ll help patients understand their treatment plans, guide them through financial options, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

You’ll collaborate with the surgical team to coordinate doctor schedules, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.
• Understanding of dental terminology.
• Friendly, inviting, and professional personality.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with team.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor's time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in a professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information per HIPAA.
