Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a Treatment Coordinator for an in-office Powell, TN role. You will assist patients with understanding treatment plans, guide them through financial options, collect payments, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

The position requires a friendly, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with the team to support timely scheduling and HIPAA

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical or dental experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains patient insurance information.
• Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor’s time.
• Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience.
• Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule.
• Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner.
• Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis.
• Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient.
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
