Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher, plus 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years of dental or medical office leadership experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in Oral Surgery or Dental settings preferred; leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations-Clinical Manager in managing staff and processes.
• Interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
• Foster positive morale and teambuilding across teams.
• Support administrative tasks and projects from the Regional Operations Director.
• Collaborate with front office to implement improved processes and measure efficiencies.
• Present treatment plans to patients for procedures.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Management to keep Patient and Insurance AR current through audits.
• Navigate insurance reimbursement guidelines and carrier policies.
• Maintain vendor relationships for equipment, IT, and facilities.
• Support staff in achieving daily, monthly, and bi-annual goals.
• Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance and a clean workplace.
