Community Dental Partners in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support dentists, and drive patient flow.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, budgeting, staff performance, and patient data compliance while fostering a collaborative leadership culture with doctors.

This role offers growth opportunities and requires bilingual communication; a college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in management is a plus.
• Knowledge of billing and treatment case presentation preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans and terminology preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage patient scheduling, staff productivity, collections and receivables.
• Guide the office within budget guidelines including supplies and labor costs.
• Increase new patient growth by supporting sales and marketing.
• Recruit, hire and develop office teams capable of providing best-in-class patient care.
• Supervise office teams and manage performance and development.
• Communicate with office teams regularly to provide tools and support.
• Complete administrative tasks such as financial review, end-of-day reporting, payroll.
• Maintain patient data and regulatory chart documents.
• Maintain facilities cleanliness and safety per OSHA regulations.
• Respond to grievances and seek regional manager when necessary.
• Foster leadership with doctors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
