Rodeo Dental is seeking an Office Manager to lead all aspects of the dental practice, including operations, staff scheduling, patient schedule management, and the overall patient care experience. You will collaborate with doctors, HR, and leadership to ensure quality care, safety, and a positive patient journey.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, productivity analysis, and a commitment to a high-performance culture while maintaining compliance and staff development.

Formación

• 3+ years dental experience preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience.
• 5 years leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with supply and practice cost management.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Foster and promote Rodeo’s high-performance culture and management of patient experience workflow.
• Facilitate the delivery of optimal patient experience and care outcomes.
• Leverage organizational reporting to drive office performance and productivity.
• Analyze financial data to meet organizational goals, and support strategic decision making.
• Ensure team utilizes MaxAssist to build patient schedules and monitor tasks to drive productivity.
• Ensure billing accuracy by working with Revenue Cycle Management to control insurance adjustments and claims.
• Coordinate and work with HR on hiring, training, and employee relations needs.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control training.
