Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) MDMS Functional Lead to optimize meter data operations within the Oracle CCS/MDMS platform in US utilities. You will bridge Metering, Customer Operations, IT, and Regulatory teams to ensure end-to-end functional integrity from collection to consumption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of functional experience with Oracle Utilities CC&B or CCS in a US utility environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) - configuration, VEE rules, and integration with Oracle CCS billing.
• 1 year of experience configuring VEE rules (validation, estimation, editing) within Oracle MDM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional ownership, configuration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM/MDMS) within the Oracle CCS ecosystem.
• Oversee end-to-end meter data flows including VEE rule configuration, interval data processing, scalar reads, and initial measurement creation.
• Define and maintain functional configuration for device types, measuring component types, usage subscriptions, and service point hierarchies.
• Manage the functional design and configuration of AMI head-end integration for large-scale smart meter deployments.
• Ensure accurate delivery of usage data to downstream Oracle CCS billing, market transactions, and settlements.
