Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle MDM Functional Senior to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle Utilities MDM, C2M or CCS. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and EY project teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, coaching junior members, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• In-depth understanding of Meter Data Management functions.
• 3+ years of Oracle Utilities implementations; experience with Oracle MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Experience with requirements, configuration, testing and defect resolution.
• Proven ability to work with customers across departments and levels.
• Experience supporting business process change and client communications.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures Oracle Utilities MDM solutions meeting client requirements.
• Identify, document and validate business needs and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align workstreams with delivery timelines.
• Support design workshops and contribute to functional designs.
• Manage functional scope, risks and issues with leadership.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, design and analysis sessions.
• Support testing, defect triage and resolution during implementation.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client project teams.
