Job summary

EY is seeking a performance improvement professional to translate business requirements into functional Oracle MDM solutions within C2M/CCS. You’ll work with client stakeholders and EY teams to support design, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer, coaching junior members and fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.

You’ll participate in functional design, workshops, and delivery across functional, interfaces, and data conversion workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Utilities implementations.
• Experience with Oracle Utilities MDM, C2M or CCS preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of IT and consulting practice.
• Strong business analysis, facilitation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Utilities MDM solutions.
• Identify and document business needs and functional requirements with clients.
• Coordinate workshops, design decisions and functional designs for RICE objects.
• Collaborate with interfaces, data conversion and tech teams to mitigate risks.
