Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an HCM Technical Lead to own end‑to‑end Oracle HCM design and delivery for the People & Culture organization. You will guide internal teams and external partners across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and more, ensuring secure, scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and M&A teams to onboard acquired firms, manage quarterly releases, and maintain an 18‑month roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise HCM solutions, with deep hands‑on Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge across multiple Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation).
• Experience with Oracle HCM integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions for People & Culture modules.
• Own end‑to‑end Oracle HCM solution design aligned with enterprise standards.
• Direct configuration, development, extensions, integrations, and reporting within Oracle HCM.
• Ensure SDLC, testing strategy, release planning, and stage‑gate governance compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors, and external system integrators across geographies.
• Oversee testing (unit, SIT, regression, UAT) and quarterly releases.
• Partner with Product Owners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
