Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to design and deliver scalable, secure Oracle HCM solutions within the People & Culture organization. You will lead internal technical teams and external integrators, guiding end‑to‑end design, development, and testing to align with enterprise standards.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, 12+ years in enterprise HCM, and strong leadership across multi‑geography delivery. Travel may be required; a hybrid work model is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise HCM with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
• Proven full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations: design, build, test, deploy.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, and more.
• Own end‑to‑end solution design, translating requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Oversee configuration, development, integrations, and reporting within Oracle HCM.
• Manage quarterly releases, testing cycles, and go‑live readiness across geographies.
