Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Functional Talent Management Lead to implement, configure, test, and support Talent Management modules across client projects in the US. You will work with clients to understand goals and deliver value through Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT consulting experience.
5+ years of Functional Consulting in Talent Management Cloud; Implementation Lead.
Certified in Talent Management modules is a plus.
Functional expertise in implementation and maintenance of solutions.
Ability to plan, develop, and deliver implementations with clients.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and support Talent Management Cloud modules (Goal, Succession, Profile, Recruitment, Learn).
Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and deliver aligned Oracle HCM solutions.
Create functional design documents detailing configuration and customization.
Test and integrate processes into client environments to ensure reliable operation.
Produce OTBI-based preliminary reports for business analysis.
