Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an HCM Technical Lead to own end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and more. You will lead internal teams and partners, translate business requirements into scalable designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced or Master’s degree preferred.
12+ years delivering enterprise HCM, with deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise.
Proven experience leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations, including design, build, test, and deployment.
Experience with Oracle HCM integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, HDL) and data migration.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of Oracle HCM solutions for Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation modules.
Own end‑to‑end Oracle HCM solution design translating requirements into scalable technical designs.
Direct configuration, development, module extensions, integrations, and reporting within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
Ensure adherence to SDLC standards, testing strategy, release planning, and governance.
Lead and coordinate technical teams and external system integrators.
Oversee testing strategies (unit, SIT, regression) and support UAT.
Manage Oracle quarterly releases and regression testing for timely adoption.
Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to clarify requirements and design box-aligned solutions.
